Youth and Children Evangelism:Y C E of India main service is among the youth and the children. We work against alcoholic, drugs and all the social evils which are slowly and steadily destroying the youth and children. They are the hope of tomorrow. So we try to turn them to Christ form their sinful ways. During the past years of our services, so many young people have turned from alcoholic and drugs to Christ. Now have been conducting Bible study and spiritual fellowship for their edification and spiritual existence.
Our Concern:All the members of team are born again, dedicated and stand for the cause of true Gospel testify the Lord in the still unreached villages in India. India containing different religions and adorations about five lakhs villages have to be gospelized. To reach the most unreached Indian people groups with the Gospel. (Mk: 8:36-38). It is an independent para Gospel Team which begun in 1986. We do the ministry of teach and preach the Gospel through house visiting, tract distribution, open-air meetings, seminars, film show.
Film MinistryWe are showing Christian films in rural area where the people are the living together. This kind of film ministry is used a good media for Indian village evangelization. After showing the film, we are teaching the truth of Gospel to seekers those who wat to know Jesus Christ more. The result is that many of them give up sins and turned to the Lord Jesus Christ. (Act 2: 47).
Bible Club (Mt. 19: 14):
Children Bible Club is a subordinate concern of the youth and children Evangelism of India, which is aimed at the spiritual and moral development of the children. The youth & Children Evangelism of India gathers the groups of children and it forms children Bible club at different places. The Y.C.E. of India utilize the children Bible club to modify the children to live right and think right to obtain the kingdom of God. Through many media, such as moral stories, songs, action songs, scriptures, Bible-stories, Bible Quiz's and counseling etc.
Gospel fellowship(1 Cori 1: 9):
under the leadership of the gospel team we are conducting fellowship centers in various places and some many believers are coming together for fellowship. The participants are getting enlighten through prayer for sick, fasting and whole night prayer. The spiritual ministries are conducting by team pastors at fellowship centers. There are ten full time Pastors are working under this faith team ministry. The various expense of this team needs to be met by the free will offerings, tithes and contribution of the participants. The team members are living by faith only.
Children fellowship Today’s children are the future of tomorrow. Therefore we are taking much initiative in order to build their character and talent in Jesus. These children are from poor background most of them are orphans effected with poverty. Children of drunkard for this kind of people need a growth in every area. For some students the handicraft works are essential ie. carpentry, tailoring, plastic works etc. For this we need a training centre. In addition to this, Christian songs, stories, action songs, bible quiz, counseling, Bible study group are conducted.
Churches YCE of India has many believers. These believers are accepted Jesus Christ through its work. For these believers we need church buildings. From 2007 on wards we started small congregation in small ruted church buildings. Some of them are conducting the worship in houses. Mallappally, Mukkally, Mundakayam, Cheenthallar, Veliyamkunnu and church places. Shortly we are planning to have church places like this. We requested your prayer.
Future Plans Bible school, pastors seminars, adult education, film ministry team, children’s Home, church planting, free medical aid, relief fund mobile crusade, free education to poor children-to start an English medium school, works fund etc.
Fund Our gospels works are run by God’s people only through the offerings, tithes, contribution are the financial support. Apart from this we don’t have continue financial support. Due to this we are going through financial crisis.
Team Workers Team workers are both married and unmarried in the midst of financial difficulties they are serving the Lord. They are dedicated workers also ready for suffering. Most of them don’t have own houses not able to support children in their studies. We wish to give monthly allowances for them, but couldn’t pray there fore.
Central Office Our central office is situated in Veliyamkunnu (8/281). Every month we have the executive meetings (9 people). We discuss each other different matters and work together for the glory of God. After every two months all the workers will gather together in fasting prayer for the works of team. Reading the work report, discuss about new mission works, church reports, pastor’s conference are being discussed. Thus the works of the Lord continuing.
